Configure form to redirect to thank-you page after submission.

Landing Page Editor > Form Settings > Confirmation.

Select 'Redirect to URL' > Enter thank-you page URL.

Track pageviews on thank-you URL as conversions in GA4.

In GA4: Admin > Events.

Create event based on page_location containing '/thank-you'.
