Install

Plugins > Add New > Search 'GTM4WP' (Google Tag Manager for WordPress).

Install and Activate.

Configure

Settings > Google Tag Manager.

Enter Google Tag Manager ID (GTM-XXXXXX).

Container Code Placement: Select 'Codeless injection' (safest) or 'Custom' if you are comfortable editing files.

Tab 'Integration' > 'WooCommerce' > Check 'Track classic ecommerce' (if applicable).
