Plugins > Add New > Search 'WooCommerce'.

Click 'Install Now' then 'Activate'.

Setup Wizard will launch automatically.

Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Choose ZIP.

Set price, stock, image for each variation.

Publish.

Products > Import.

Download sample CSV to see format.
